Electra Danko completed systems and fitout work as the main contractor for the Lehavim retirement home. The project involved work within the main building, which includes basement levels, a ground floor, and four residential floors.

The company performed fitout and systems activities in the residential buildings, a 3-story nursing unit with a reception level and two floors of wards, 39 inpatient rooms in total, and a technical floor.

The project also included various public facilities, such as a swimming pool, restrooms and changing rooms, a spa with a gym and sauna, machine and chemical rooms for the pool, and a lobby, cafeteria, dining room, and kitchen.
