Schatz House – Ir David Foundation

  • Schatz House – Ir David Foundation

This tourism complex was built by Electra Danko from the steel frame stage, through systems work, to fitout and development. The project involved demolishing an existing structure, while also preserving two existing stone facades. Extensive development work was also required, such as retaining walls with stone cladding, paths, landscaping, pergolas, and more. The complex itself includes a basement, offices, machine rooms, multimedia rooms, and areas designated for the construction of a restaurant, kitchen, buffet, and souvenir shop. Additional work included a hall for audiovisual presentations, exterior staircases, roofs (some open and paved, some with copper panels), pergolas with steel structures, and a covered observation deck with seats designed for audiovisual displays.
